It includes raising their standards through education, awareness, literacy, and training. It includes the authority to make decisions. When a woman makes an important decision, she feels powerful.

The advancement of women is a very important factor in global development. Suppose that in the family there is a leader, and in the other family, men and women take the lead, and then who will have a better life. The answer is simple, a family where men and women earn a living. Thus, the world in which men and women work together is developing rapidly. It also means providing them with equal opportunities for growth and development in society, as well as not allowing gender bias.

Article 35 (8)
Women shall have a right to equality in employment, promotion, pay, and the transfer of pension entitlements.
